Vermi Compost:-

The scheme has been introduced at 100 % subsidy to the intending SHG members / farmers with the intension to popularize bio-fertilizer for improvement of soil condition so that farmers can be less dependent on chemical fertilizer .The vermi compost unit has been installed at the farmersí field. Hands on and practical training has been imparted before starting the operation at their own field. This has enabled the Group member to increase their additional income through sale of Vermi compost at the local market and also ensured the availability of Bio-fertilizer locally.
