Construction work is in progress

Construction of SNCU : Under NRHM, 2 numbers of SNCU are constructed & functional at Suri Sadar Hospital and Rampurhat SDH. The construction work at Bolpur SDH is on progress for new SNCU. ( See Picture )

Construction of Neo Natal Ward : 30 bedded NEO natal unit has already been constructed and functional at Suri Sadar Hospital

Construction of SNSU : NRHM has sanctioned 14 numbers of SNSU at 14 BPHCs out of which 6 are already functional (Labpur, Murarai, Sainthia, Dubrajpur, Paikar, Md Bazar) , remaining SNSU will be functional soon.

Rastriya Bal Surksha Karyakram (RBSK):- RBSK programme started since May 2013 with 32 numbers of AYUSH Medical Officers, 10 numbers of Pharmacist & 10 GNMs. Since then total number of 90619 students are screened by the mobile team.  

Sishu Sathi Scheme:- After launching of Sishu Sathi Scheme from September 2013, the RBSK Mobile team had identified 8 numbers of students with Cardiac problems and they are undergoing treatment at different hospital free of cost.  

Rastriya Kishor Swasthya Karyakram (RKSK) :- This programme has started since 2008 in this district. Under ARSH Programme 1 Adolescent Friendly Health Centre at District Hospital & 19 Anewsha Clinic functional with Male& Lady Counsellors.

Weekly Iron Folic Acid Programme for all students from class VI to XII:- Supplementation of WIFS programme has already been started in this district.

GP Based Mobile Health Camp (RHC+ Camp) : Camps organized at the GP level in every week.

Different types of training and Capacity building for different health staff for SBA, Immunization, SNSU, IMNCI, JSSK, etc are regularly conducted by the District.
