Establishment work of D.S.R. Office with computer related job in Cash Counter, Fees collection, Cash Book written , Acquittance Register of Commission T.A. , P.T.A. etc. with establishment work of D.R.’ office. Dealing of essential files.
Preparation of Certified copies of old documents . Attend at various court with records etc.
District Record Keeper. Supervision & maintained record room . Attend at various court with records , maintaining of Filing Form and other Form registers , Catelough Register etc.
Preparation of Pay & other Bills of establishment of DIGR , DR & DSR, Birbhum , Clerk-in-charge of Marriage Section also maintaining of Marriage Records , Marriage Cash Book written, Cash depositing of Marriage Section in Bank everyday etc.
Preparation of Certified copies of old documents , Written Search and Copy Receipts. Works under District Record Keeper.
Computer job of D.R.’s establishment like as File of RTI Act. Receiving RTI Act letter and docket the letter into a register and preparing to issue letters to the concerned applicants. Issues of letters also Dispatch of letters. Attend at various court with records. Back log deeds file etc.
