Brief Description of Activities performed
Summary Revision: Each year summary revision starts from the month of September. During the such SRER program all eligible electors can apply for new enrolment in the voter list , correction if any, transfer of name and deletion of name. During this time eligible electors may submit any claims and objection through the prescribed forms at his/her own Booth. The electoral rolls(Supplement-1) for the SRER is published in the first week of January each year. Which is to be viewed at all designated location and website of CEO West Bengal.
Continuous Updation: All throughout the year eligible electors may submit claims and objection before the respective Electoral Registration Officer(ERO) of the respective Assembly Constituency. The electoral rolls(Draft) is published in the first week of September each year.
Permanent EPIC Center: All throughout the year Permanent EPIC Center is running in all the Sub Divisions head quarter. Electors may apply for duplicate Voter Card, if lost or damaged or spoiled or in case of transfer cases, subject to submission documents and payment of requisite fees
Facility of online application of claims and objection: Eligible electors may apply claims and objection through online at www.nvsp.in
Facility of online complain lodge Any sort of complaint in respect of electoral roll, voter card etc may be submitted through online at
Service Electors For enrolment of names separately in the last part of electoral roll of each AC of the Defense Personnel and Armed Police Personnel.

House to house survey by BLO
SVEEP An all out campaign to create awareness through print and electronics media, poster , banner, flex, miking, Tableaus, organizing of different competition, of the eligible electors to enroll their names in the respective Electoral Roll, is organized from the Booth Level to District level.
On 25th January each year National Voters Day is observed very enthusiastically from the Booth level to District Level.
